I draw. I teach. I tattoo.
I work from drawing - as a way of thinking, translating, meeting. It isn't one medium among others for me, it's the basic action everything else grows out of, whether on paper, on screen, in space, or on skin.
My work moves between states: from line to volume, from image to time, from still to moving. I move between materials and mediums as the image demands it - not for variety, but because that's how the image comes to be.
Drawing, for me, sits between intuition and control - between repetitive, physical, almost meditative action, and slow, precise attention. Animation lets me bring time into a drawing. Tattooing carries that same action onto skin - a living, lasting surface.
